We all love fast delivery but with recent times things are expected to be delayed, at The Comfort Box we advise our customers to check your tracking number and if you require express you can choose that at checkout.
Once your parcel leaves our office to a third person via our chosen delivery companies we have no responsibility to the timeline of delivery of your order. Please check ETA's provided below to ensure you choose the right delivery option.
For delivery we use the services provided by Sendle and Australia post.
Please note Friday orders will be sent by Aus post, unless specified.

Please note these are only estimations and not guarantees. Please expect some delays such as covid and weather. If you need it within 5 days I would recommend express shipping.
Adelaide and surrounding suburbs: 2-5 business days
Major Australian Cities and surrounding cities: 3-8 business days
Express (exc NT & WA) 1-3 business days
NT + WA Express 2-3 business days

Please note we offer $8.65 postage for the packs as they are smaller and can be placed in A4 satchel you can choose this option at checkout, if ordering more than 1 packs you will be charged the $12.95 flat rate. (Free shipping for orders 100+)

Express Shipping
Sendle and Aus post has an express option. Please choose at checkout if you prefer this option.
Pick up/Delivery
Customers located in Adelaide can choose to come pick up their order from our residents in North Plympton or Local delivery in 5037 & surrounding areas. Anything that is over 15 min drive will require a $10 delivery fee.
Extra Shipping
If you are buying more then one box and have multiple delivery addresses you have the option to choose extra shipping here

Any Stolen Goods please report immediately to your local post office.
Please Know it is up to our customers to have the right addresses anything that gets sent back or needs to be redelivered will incur an extra shipping cost.
